The exercise equipment i chose to make was a bottle filled with cement and rice. The price for this equipment was free because my dad provided the cement and i already had rice in my kitchen. I was not planning to buy already made weights because i already have some i have bought since a long time ago. My brother also works out so i borrow some of his equipment. I selected this because its easy, free, and doable with anything you have in your kitchens.
The process for making these weights was super easy and fast. All you need is some weight like rice, rocks, even water. In a plastic bottle, or something to keep the weight inside of. I used cement and rice and placed it inside a old lemonade bottle. It is fairly heavy but not too heavy. I chose to make this type of weight because it is fast and easy. Other diy weights seem like they take time and i didnt have time so i did this.
The experience for making these was actually good because i didnt have to buy some 20 dollar weights and i saved money. It is important knowing how to make your own equipment because if you dont have enough money you can save some and just use at home materials. When you may need equipment is when you are working out, and want to lose some calories but dont have any weights you can create these fast. Different muscles you can make stronger with these weights is the triceps,upper back, and forearms. It is important knowing how to make equipment because you never know when you might need some weights.
